Depending on the office and the reason for your interaction, Myla may process your name, date of birth, phone number, appointment details, insurance details, call or chat transcripts, technical logs, device information, IP address, and messages you provide.
How Information Is Used
We use information to help the office respond to your request, schedule or manage appointments, verify insurance when applicable, create follow-up tasks, improve quality, troubleshoot issues, detect abuse, and maintain security.
How Information Is Shared
Information may be shared with the participating office you contacted and service providers that help Myla operate, such as communications, hosting, email, AI, database, and insurance-verification providers. We do not sell personal information.
Healthcare Information
For dental or healthcare offices, some information may be protected health information. Myla processes that information on behalf of the office and under applicable agreements where required.
Retention
Myla keeps records only as needed for business, legal, security, quality, and office-support purposes. Retention periods may vary by client, workflow, and applicable law.
