For dental and healthcare offices, Myla may process appointment, insurance, contact, and patient information on behalf of the office.

Role Of The Office

The participating office remains responsible for its official patient records, clinical decisions, billing decisions, and its Notice of Privacy Practices. For official record requests or clinical questions, email the participating office using the contact email listed on the Contact page.

Protected Health Information

When applicable, Myla handles protected health information as a service provider or business associate for the office. Myla uses that information to support scheduling, communication, insurance workflows, callbacks, quality review, security, and office operations.

Emergencies

Do not use Myla for emergencies, severe symptoms, urgent dental or medical issues, or time-sensitive clinical concerns. Call 911 for emergency medical or safety concerns.

Insurance

Insurance checks are informational and may depend on payer availability, data accuracy, and office participation. Coverage, benefits, eligibility, and payment responsibility should be confirmed with the office and payer.
